Individual Therapy
I offer individual therapy virtually across California, providing a supportive and collaborative space where you can explore, heal, and grow. Together, we’ll work toward your goals, foster meaningful change, and build a sense of empowerment that comes from within. This journey may be long and at times challenging—but you won’t have to face it alone.
I specialize in working with people who struggle with:

My Therapeutic Approach
I work from a trauma-informed lens, believing that healing begins when we understand the roots of our patterns and feel safe enough to try something new. In our sessions, we’ll gently explore what’s no longer serving you and create space for meaningful change.
Therapy with me is collaborative—I’ll walk alongside you, offering guidance when it’s helpful, while keeping your voice, your truth, and your growth at the center of our work. I integrate mindfulness, emotion-focused & solution-focused tools, and elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, always tailoring our work to fit your unique needs. At the heart of my approach is a commitment to creating a space where you feel deeply seen, supported, and empowered.
I also bring a multicultural and social justice perspective, honoring how your cultural identity and lived experiences shape both your story and your healing. Your journey deserves to be witnessed in full color, with compassion and respect every step of the way.

Individual therapy is a one-on-one process where we meet regularly (usually weekly) to focus on you. In our sessions, we’ll talk through what’s going on in your life, explore patterns or challenges you’re facing, and work together on strategies to help you feel better and more in control. It’s a collaborative process—I’ll guide and support you, but you set the pace and the focus. Over time, therapy can help you gain insight, develop new tools, and create meaningful changes in your life.

Not at all. You don’t need to have a “big” or specific issue to benefit from therapy. Some people come in wanting to work through a particular challenge, while others simply feel stuck, overwhelmed, or curious about learning more about themselves. Therapy is a space for personal growth, processing life changes, or just having a safe place to talk things out. Wherever you’re starting from is perfectly okay.

The length of therapy varies depending on your goals and needs. I typically meet with clients weekly for 50-minute sessions, which helps us build momentum and foster progress. As therapy progresses, we’ll both have a sense of when you’re ready to “graduate.” Even after that, you’re always welcome to return for maintenance sessions if the need arises.

The first step is to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. This gives us a chance to discuss your needs and goals, and to determine if we’re a good fit to work together.
